Ellyfe is a healthcare technology brand that aims to use wearable devices for monitoring real-time hydration levels among the older generation. What makes Ellyfe unique is the ability of these devices to function without sweat, thus reducing damage to fragile skin, reducing hospital risks, and aiding care workers.

Ellyfe aims to positively influence time. It is a constant companion ensuring the regular maintenance of fluid intake and steadying one's hydration levels. In the lives of healthcare workers, it is a trusted partner that provides timely data and insights, making their job a lot simpler. Thus, time is a key element of the functionality of the brand.

Adding life to hours, not hours to life

The hourglass is an icon encapsulating all the core values of Ellyfe. It is integrated with the 'E' of Ellyfe, emphasizing a streamlined visual identity. The scribbled texture shows that the healthcare technology brand prioritizes marrying human connections with technological advancements.

A multi-dimensional visual language with a friendly outlook

Older generations respond better to softer colours, soothing tones, and a conversational tone of voice. Reliability and a humanistic look and feel are crucial as seen in care homes. The brand colours and typeface were chosen such that they complement the icon and create a soulful visual identity championing the human spirit.

When eras meet

Working with a generation that grew up before modern technology took off is a unique challenge. They have a great love for print, in-person conversations, and physical interactions. This insight led to the development of assets that focused on interactive and cheerful language, illustrations, and insights that address curiosity, developing sustainable communication between them, the brand, and care workers.
